Therapist / Clinical Supervisor
Glow Counseling is seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team as a clinician and clinical supervisor. This role blends direct client care with the supervision and mentorship of pre-licensed therapists. Ideal candidates are collaborative, grounded, and passionate about supporting both clients and developing clinicians.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality psychotherapy to individuals (and couples/families if desired)
Offer weekly clinical supervision to LMSWs, MHC-LPs, or interns
Support supervisees with case conceptualization, documentation, and ethical decision-making
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Uphold trauma-informed, culturally competent, and evidence-based practices
Collaborate with leadership to support program development and uphold practice values

Full-Time Therapist
Glow Counseling is hiring a full-time therapist to join our high-performing and deeply supportive clinical team. This role includes a steady flow of referrals, weekly consultation, administrative support, and a collaborative environment that values both clinician well-being and clinical excellence.
Responsibilities
Maintain a full clinical caseload of approximately 25–30 clients per week
Provide high-quality, trauma-informed psychotherapy
Complete documentation within 24 hours of sessions
Attend weekly clinical consultation
Participate in occasional staff meetings, events, and trainings
Collaborate with colleagues and contribute positively to the practice culture
Optional: Contribute to workshops, groups, or community initiatives
Requirements
Active LMSW, LMHC, LCSW, or limited permit/temporary license in New York
Strong clinical formulation and therapeutic skills
Ability to manage a full caseload with professionalism and care

Glow Counseling is seeking a warm, motivated, and client-centered therapist to join our growing practice on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for clinicians who want steady referrals, weekly consultation, and a supportive environment that encourages growth and autonomy.
Responsibilities
Provide psychotherapy to a caseload of 10–15 clients per week
Complete documentation within 24 hours of sessions
Attend weekly clinical supervision
Engage collaboratively with the team and participate in practice-wide communication
